| Module content | This module begins with summarizing the policies and practices on quality assurance in South Africa. This serves as a context to discuss national and international literature on quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation at system level. How to design a QA/monitoring project will be discussed by analysing examples, including the design of large-scale national assessment studies. Students will demonstrate competence in designing a QA/monitoring project applying relevant concepts, theories and methodologies. |
